Team Baseline at the 2009 Arnold Fitness Weekend "Pump & Run"

Sunday March 8th, 2009 marked the 9th Annual 'Pump and Run' held during the Arnold Fitness Weekend.  It was the 5th year for us at Baseline and we had our largest group yet!  We had a group of 15 including 11 women ranging in age from 25 to 60 .  Everyone did fantastic and had a great time! 

If you are not familiar with the event, here's an overview:

Participants bench press an age based percentage of their weight.  They receive 30 seconds off of their 5k run time for each rep performed with a maximum of 30 reps or 15 minutes credited. Females under 40 press 70% of their weight, 40+ it's 60%, 50+ is 50% and 60+ is 40%. Males press 100% of body weight under 40, 40+ is 90%, 50+ is 80%, 60+ is 70%.
