SuzetteI have to say when I decided to work with Baseline Fitness, I knew it was an excellent decision for me and a successful one.  Why?  Because I have been a Personal Trainer over 12 years.  I deal with working out the body and the mind.  I have so much passion for what I do.  I knew this facility was the right one for me, it's personable, excellent equipment, they have everything a person could need to reach their fitness goals - as well as their overall mental wellbeing. 

I am a Natural Health Consultant, and certified CPR/First Aid.  I've been a spokesperson for fitness expos on the importance of good nutrition/physical activity.  I've worked with Channel 10 as a trainer for the 'Commit to Be Fit'  10 in 10 challenge  (..very exciting!)  I've been a guest speaker with a local wellness talk show to discuss mind and body awareness.  Designed a quick reference brochure on good nutrition and the effectiveness it has on the body. 

For the past 15 years I have been a Transformational Specialist, practicing in depth Metaphysical Studies which focuses on the mind/body connection.  This process helps my clients apply mental strategies for weight loss which includes incorporating food journals and group support workshops.
