Most of us know someone who is always positive and upbeat. For
us at Baseline Fitness, that person is Wendy White. Wendy has
made huge changes in her body fat percentage and lifestyle, and has
remained positive throughout her journey. Here is what Wendy
had to say about her changes:

"My weight loss really began in August 2007. Since then I have
lost 45 pounds, gained muscle, lost fat, gone down 4 dress sizes, and
gained a strong positive healthy lifestyle. I started by going to
Weight Watchers eventually adding cardio until I reached a plateau in my
weight loss.
I had started my training with Eve Ann after reaching that plateau in
my weight loss program. I did some research and found that to get
to the next level in fitness would require weight training which I had
absolutely no idea of what to do or how to do it. So, I
talked with Scott who directed me to Eve Ann. My wonderful friend
and workout buddy joined me and we began training with Eve Ann in June
2008. The most intimidating aspect of weight training was not
being in a room filled with highly fit people, but the machines
themselves. Eve Ann made me feel comfortable and always pushed me
to work hard.
One of the first things Eve Ann did with my training was to set me up
with my Polar watch and VO2

to get me to record my training. I then asked Eve Ann what else I
could do and she taught me how to eat clean. That was by far one of the
hardest things I have done, but once I committed to the diet and
exercise routine I saw drastic results in only seven weeks.
My motivation is my own personal desire to get fit.
I have actually surpassed all of my goals creating a very surreal
situation. I have never been this fit in my whole life and I feel
better than fantastic. It is amazing to watch as my body changes
and to see as my muscles are developed. I know without a doubt
that I would not have reached my goals without Eve Ann's help.
She is a remarkable trainer and I am so blessed to have been able to
workout with her."
