Jimmy Kearns 

transform.jpg (61834 bytes)After the holidays, Jimmy and some friends set out to take the 'Body for Life' challenge.  The team drove all the way up from Athens to 'face the Pod' for their before facts. Hard work and dedication gives it's proof in the pictures.  Jimmy dropped over 7% bodyfat  to finish at 13%.  Even though Jimmy only lost 8 pounds on the scale, he lost 15 lbs of fat and gained 7 lbs. of muscle!  Incredible!  

Here is what Jimmy had to say about his transformation experience:

 "The BFL program definitely works, and is based on years of
scientific research.  It is not some fad diet, or lose weight quick pill.  It
takes self discipline, dedication, and the ability to plan.  Six small meals a day, intense weight training, and a.m. cardio  three times a week.
