Jimmy Kearns After
the holidays, Jimmy and some friends set out to take the 'Body for Life'
challenge. The team drove all the way up from Athens to 'face the Pod' for
their before facts. Hard work and dedication gives it's proof in the
pictures. Jimmy dropped over 7% bodyfat to finish at 13%. Even
though Jimmy only lost 8 pounds on the scale, he lost 15 lbs of fat and gained 7
lbs. of muscle! Incredible!
Here
is what Jimmy had to say about his transformation experience: "The
BFL program definitely works, and is based on years of
scientific research. It is not some fad diet, or lose weight quick pill.
It
takes self discipline, dedication, and the ability to plan. Six small
meals a
day, intense weight training, and a.m. cardio three times a week. These
are
the nuts and bolts of the program, and truly anyone regardless of age, fitness
level, or sex can and will benefit from this program. If you would like to
lose weight, firm up, have more energy, and lead a healthier more active

Physical Education Teacher in the best shape of his life, Jimmy is doing a
