Rob Sommer - Baseline Fitness Challenge Winner
Rob
has been working with us for about one year now. Just before coming to us,
he had lost a significant amount of weight by simply not eating enough. He
was lean, but didn't feel lean. Loose skin, no direction or plan. He
struggled over the next several months to drop another percentage or
two.
Finally, while visiting for his Bod Pod assessment in April, I mentioned our
12 week challenge to him. He immediately said 'I'm in!'. It was the
motivation he need to make some real change. Rob is young, has lots of
friends, is working long hours and a student to boot. He knew there were
several events he would be attending and even a vacation that would require him
to end more than a week early. I must say I had a few doubts.
We gave him his own outline to follow and the only rules were; Bod Pod every
two weeks and accountability questions to answer weekly. The numbers
say it all. Here are Rob's final stats:

Here are a few pics from the final week of the challenge. The very first pic
is from about two years ago, before losing the initial weight. Rob says he
was fat and happy then.. now he's lean and *very* happy! Great job Rob!

Rob has some new pics and updates for us below, in his own words..
After the
fitness challenge Eve Ann and Baseline fitness held, I got back with them a
month later to assess new goals for my body and me. Being with them for over a
year now, I know and trust them to steer me in the right direction. We shot out
a few ideas for my future and wrestled around with what I was capable of. I
happened to mention that I was interested in doing some modeling. Eve Ann
mentioned that she was a friend of a very well known photographer in the area
and that she would talk to him about setting me up with him and his company. A
couple of days had passed and I received an email from this person, and that he
had spoken to Eve Ann. He was interested in working with me. Here we go my next
challenge!
I took a couple
of weeks off from the last challenge and did a little R & R. And lets say I
put on a couple of pounds and my body fat percentage was not what it was at the
end of their challenge. Also, I had only a month to prepare for the modeling
shoot, so I was in big trouble. In order to get into tiptop shape I asked Eve
Ann if she could prepare me for the modeling shoot.
She agreed and off we went.
I trained with
Eve Ann 4 days a week, for 5 weeks. She pushed me to my limits every day for
that entire time. But, that needed encouragement took me and my body to places I
never thought was possible in a month’s time! I gained size and strength on
every aspect of my body. And not to mention I put on 6lbs of muscle, while once
again reducing my body fat percentage. I
was without a doubt ready, with such little time.
The day of the
photo shoot I looked amazing, the size and definition I gain definitely showed.
Being 5’10 and only 160lbs, it is tuff to look very muscular! But, the time
and effort Eve Ann put into me paid off and it showed! And the shoot went off
without a hitch, well except for the rain!
All I can tell
you in my own words are that Eve Ann and Baseline Fitness have made all of my
dreams come true. Who knows what were are going to dream up next, I can tell you
that it is going to be bigger and better each time. Check back for what were are
